Yet another great achievement for District 322, Sri Lanka & Maldives
The Inauguration of the Inner Wheel Club of Vavuniya was held on the 13th of March 2025, at V/Vipulanantha College, Vavuniya.
The Inauguration Ceremony was graced by the Inner Wheel District Chairman Srimathy Sebastian.
The District Executive committee – Extension Services Organizer Denise Abeyeratne, Treasurer Marie Seneviratne, Editor & Webmaster Dilrini Rajendram, the President & Secretary of the sponsor club – IWC of Kandy Metropolitan Radhika Jayatilleke & Bamini Jeyakumar as well as members of the IWC of Jaffna were present.
The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by the IW Chairman, followed by the lighting of the oil lamp.
The newly inducted President was collared by the District Chairman, and the badge was pinned by the DESO Denise. The 15 new members were inducted and welcomed to the Inner Wheel family.
President Bamini delivered her acceptance speech followed by an enchanting performance by graceful Bharatanatyam dancers.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Secretary Abeeramee.
