Donated dry rations to a shelter for the elderly homeless in Piliyandala.

Flood relief programme

Distributed 500 lunch packets and 700 water bottles (5 litre bottles ) in Pitipana ,Diyagama and Bulathsinhala which are remote areas in Kalutara District where people were affected by flood due to recent extreme weather conditions. Even though the water level has receded, the people are still unable to live in their homes.

Christmas Party for the Children of Bethlehem Creach, Wanathamulla & Donation of Dry Rations

The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo West organized a Christmas party for the children of Bethlehem Creche in Wanathamulla. Children were given treats and toys. Dry rations were also donated.

Donation to Mother Theresa Home

Printed T shirts to all the children at Mother Theresa home . Donated milk powder, jam, cheese, butter, Samaposha, baby rusks and butter cake to the children.

Women’s Day programme

100 packs of dry rations were donated towards the Women’s Day programme held at Divisional Secretariat Ratmalana.

Donation to Arun Manikawasagam school

Donated a book cupboard to Arun Manikawasagam Tamil school in Wattala.

Cash donation

A donation of Rs 360,000/= was handed over to the President of the SL College of Paediatricians towards the ‘Feed a Child’ programme which was begun to help children suffering from malnutrition. A food pack worth Rs 3000/= will be given twice a month for six months.
