District project on Childhood cancer
A joint project coordinated by the Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Central , Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Mid Town, and Inner Wheel Club of Maharagama, was held to commemorate the International Children’s Day. Donated 24 packs of diapers to 86 year old convalescent suffering from acute Parkinson’s decease & inconsistency.
Joint tree planting project
Participated in the tree planting project done jointly by the Inner Wheel District 322 and Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. A lemon tree was planted.
Centenary project
To commemorate the Centenary Year the Inner Wheel club of Colombo Central distributed 100 lunch packets along with a bottle of water & dessert to low income families identified by the Gramasevaka of the area.
