International Women’s Day 2024 was celebrated by creating a 4th Endowment Fund at the Centre for Handicapped. The interest generated by the Endowment will be used to gift an artificial limb to a woman or a girl on the 8th of March every year from now on. This year’s limb was given to the young mother of two daughters who has been receiving artificial limbs periodically since she was in kindergarten.
