The club hosted an awareness program on breast cancer for the students of St. Anne’s Convent Wattala. The guest speaker, Mrs. Preethi Bopearchchi, a breast cancer survivor and a club member, courageously shared her personal journey. She enlightened the students about the warning signs and symptoms to be vigilant for and how to prioritize their well-being. The speech was concluded with earnest request to spread the message. The club also distributed 300 milk packets to the children who attended the seminar.

Celebrating International Women’s Day
Celebrated International Women’s Day by organising a cookery demonstration for 42 young girls who are being sheltered at the Nayakakanda Convent. They were provided with refreshments.
