Inner Wheel Club of Colombo donated provisions to Lankadara.

Donation to Cancer Transit Home

Donated essential medicines to the Cancer Society Home in Maharagama. Also the patients and the staff were treated to a special lunch.

Observed International Day of Peace

A poster was designed with the caption “Peace is our gift to each other” to observe the United Nations, International Day of Peace.

Women empowerment

Sponsored 12 ladies from WIN Her Jaffna to empower them through an 8 week course of a sewing programme at Singer Academy. Inner Wheel Club of Jaffna supported to coordinate this project.

Donation of milk powder

Donated a case of milk powder for the children of Bethlehem Creche in Wanathamulla, a low-income area of Colombo.

Gifted walking sticks

Gifted walking sticks to the elderly in Nilawali, Trincomalee.

Environmental Education and Conservation project

The club conducted an Environmental Education and Conservation project in two schools in the Hambantota District. 200 plus children in junior and secondary grades benefited from this program in the collaboration with the dynamic youthwing @wnpssl.org.
