25 children at the children’s ward in the Maharagama Cancer Hospital were given with cash donation by Inner Wheel Clubs of Jaela / Kandana, Negombo & Wattala.
A small boutique was built for a lady who is selling achcharu, string hoppers, etc since she did not have a proper place to carry out her business.
The Inner Wheel Club of Ja-Ela Kandana handed over 60 gift packs to the patients in the psychiatric ward at Aniyakanda Hospital, Kandana, along with a sack of coconuts, a piece of cake and a soft drink.
The Inner Wheel Club of Ja/Ela Kandana provided food items to 7 needy families.
40 dry ration packs were distributed among 40 needy families.
