A pack of stationery was given to a grade 5 student
Donation of gift vouchers from Sathosa and stationary packs were made to needy families.
The Inner Wheel Club of Wattala, in commemoration of Independence Day on 4th February, donated school bags and stationery items to 20 deserving school-going children.
Enrolled a girl of 23 years from a low-income family at the Singer Fashion Academy Kadawatha. The first phase of the project will continue until September 2024.
Provided 85 lunch packets to needy people in the vicinity.
Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebrations were held at the Joy Home in Wattala. Stationary packs, sanitary packs and sweet meats were given to the 20 children in the orphanage.
Cash donation was given to purchase a pack of pampers and other essentials for an infant of two blind parents. This initiative will be carried out monthly until the end of the Inner Wheel Year.
