Empowering women and teaching them sewing skills & making them self-sufficient to start their own business was conducted jointly by the Inner Wheel Clubs of Colombo, Colombo Nawa Udana, Anuradhapura & Jaffna. #womeninneedand #singersrilanka helped run the program successfully in Jaffna

Donation of medicine

Donated medicines request for two children by the Lady Ridgeway Hospital.

Child mental health awareness programme

Conducted a child mental health awareness program together with child protection officers and 2 Doctors at St Mary’s School Mabola Wattala. Sponsored Breakfast and milk for 171 school children and teachers.

Donation to hospital

Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Nawa Udana and Inner Wheel Club of Jaffna donated pillows, mats and clothes to Thellipalai Base Hospital as a joint project.

Donation of packs of nutrition

Distributed 20 parcels of nutritious dry rations along with refreshments amongst students from less privileged homes from Mutur, Trincomalee.

Sponsor of electricity supply connection and wiring

Sponsored an electricity supply connection and the wiring to a needy family.
