Donated 3 ceiling fans to Angoda Mental care hospital.
Donated 50 mosquito nets to a newly built Bikkhu hospital in Horana.
The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo West donated fans, plate racks and few other essentials to “Surasa Special Education School and home in Moratuwa”. The inmates of the home were also given a treat in the evening.
Distributed 500 lunch packets and 700 water bottles (5 litre bottles ) in Pitipana ,Diyagama and Bulathsinhala which are remote areas in Kalutara District where people were affected by flood due to recent extreme weather conditions. Even though the water level has receded, the people are still unable to live in their homes.
The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo West together with the Rotary Club of Batticaloa distributed essential items to the persons affected by the flood in Vakharia Village, Kaddumurivu.
Donated an “Electric patient hoist” and a “digital x-ray illuminator “ to National Institute of mental health Angoda – (Ward 18 ) , which was a donation from UK Association for Medical Aid to Sri Lanka.
Donated a book cupboard to Arun Manikawasagam Tamil school in Wattala.
