Christmas celebration for the differently abled children was held at the Digana Rehabilitation Hospital. More than 50 differently abled children participated along with their parents.

District Project – Childhood Cancer
The Inner Wheel Clubs of Kandy, Kandy Metropolitan, Katugastota and Matale launched their District Project on Childhood Cancer by meeting with a little boy with leukemia and his mother and giving her the first month’s funds for his treatment. An additional cash donation is also donated to the family each month for other expenses.

Art competition
Art competition was held for the junior students of Maddumabandara School, Kandy on the theme “How to Shine a Light in our home/ school”. Chocolates & milk packets were given to all the participants.
