Caring for newborn babies

Throughout each Inner Wheel Year members provide occasional treats for disadvantaged children. A donation of bedding and paint was made to the Bopitiya Elders Home and a painter was commissioned to paint the living areas.

A leg brace was gifted to the Centre for Handicapped for donation to a needy recipient.

Ongoing project of quarterly donations to three children’s homes, an elders’ home and the Centre for Handicapped, Kundasale towards incidentals and treats for the children and elders.

A prosthetic limb was donated on 14th February to a forty year old woman to commemorate the Club’s Charter Day.  Based on an Endowment Fund, it will be gifted annually to a woman or a girl child.
