We are delighted to extend a heartfelt welcome to our esteemed International Inner Wheel President as she joined us for a special evening at the Inner Wheel District Chairman Srimathy’s residence. The Executive Committee along with a few Past District Chairmen were present.

37th Annual General Meeting and Installation of District 322 Executive Committee

The AGM and the installation was held virtually on 25th June 2022. The event was well attended with over 130 participants.

Donation of toys and books

Inner Wheel District 322 donated toys to the mother & infant wards and some books to the adolescent wards at the National Institute of Mental Health and the Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital

IIW President Trish Doglous along with the District Executive Committee visited the National Institute for Mental Health in Angoda to handover the donation by the Inner Wheel District 322. District project on Women Empowerment

Provided a 5 month-long scholarship to a final year dental student who is currently awaiting her results and the assignment of an internship.

District Project – Childhood Cancer

The Inner Wheel Clubs of Kandy, Kandy Metropolitan, Katugastota and Matale launched their District Project on Childhood Cancer by meeting with a little boy with leukemia and his mother and giving her the first month’s funds for his treatment. An additional cash donation is also donated to the family each month for other expenses.
