The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Central sponsored three O/L students. This is an ongoing project – for a period of one year.
A deserving University student was sponsored with a monthly allowance.
The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Central made a cash donation as a down payment to purchase a three-wheeler.
To commemorate the Centenary Year the Inner Wheel club of Colombo Central distributed 100 lunch packets along with a bottle of water & dessert to low income families identified by the Gramasevaka of the area.
An annual contribution is made to the Cancer Society towards the outdoor patients who seek assistance.
Assisted a poor farmer financially to clear the deed of his paddy land, which he had mortgaged.
Donated a pair of spectacles to a needy student.
