The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo gifted books to both children and adults to SEPL (Spoken English at the Public Library), a reading programme run by volunteers, free of charge in the Colombo Public library. By conducting book clubs and interactive English courses, the SEPL aims to improve the confidence and speaking ability in English of both adults and children.
