Donation of books – Inner Wheel District 322

District Project – Childhood Cancer

The Inner Wheel Clubs of Kandy, Kandy Metropolitan, Katugastota and Matale launched their District Project on Childhood Cancer by meeting with a little boy with leukemia and his mother and giving her the first month’s funds for his treatment. An additional cash donation is also donated to the family each month for other expenses.

Donation of Cervical Collars to the Emergency Treatment Unit, Matale General Hospital. Also Dresses to the Accident Unit

The Inner Wheel Club of Matale donated cervical collars to the Emergency Treatment Unit at the General Hospital, Matale, and also provided dresses to the Accident Unit.

Donation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) to the Cardiology Unit, Matale General Hospital

The Inner Wheel Club of Matale donated Reverse Osmosis (RO) filters to the Cardiology Unit of the General Hospital Matale.

District project on Women Empowerment

Donated dry rations and clothes to needy families. They also donated king coconut plants to home-grading families and text books to the needy children.

Donated donated books to 14 children at Boddagosha School Palapathwala.
