Joint tree planting project – Inner Wheel District 322

Participated in the tree planting project done jointly by the Inner Wheel District 322 and Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. Guava, mango and soursop plants were planted at a member’s residence.

Donation of stationary

Donated stationary to 10 deserving students who excelled at the grade 5 scholarship exams.

District project on Childhood Cancer

25 children at the children’s ward in the Maharagama Cancer Hospital were given with cash donation by Inner Wheel Clubs of Jaela / Kandana, Negombo & Wattala.

Donation to the Dialysis Unit – National Hospital Kandy

On World Charity Day, the Inner Wheel Club of Kandy Metropolitan donated lunch packets, eggs, butter cake, and tea to the Dialysis unit of National Hospital Kandy.

Cash donation to enhance livelihood

Two women were given a cash donation each to enhance their livelihood.

Donation of Necessary items to a 4 year Old

On International Charity Day, the Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Central donated diapers, dry rations, biscuits, soft drinks, milk powder, baby Eau de Cologne, cream, powder, soap, toothpaste, towels, and other items to a 4-year-old boy who has undergone an Anoplasty and is awaiting another surgery.

A cash donation was made to support spinal cord surgery for a young girl.

The members of the Inner Wheel Club of Colombo Nawa Udana made a cash donation for a 21-year-old girl for spinal cord surgery. The surgery was successful.
