Donation of Hearing Aid Batteries & Percussion Instruments to CEHIC

The Inner Wheel Club of Wattala donated hearing aid batteries and percussion instruments to the Centre for Education of Hearing-Impaired Children (CEHIC) to be used by the children being treated at the Centre between the ages 5 months to 5 years.

Supporting An A/L Student

An ongoing project was commenced where a very deserving A/L student will be given his tuition fees every month for a period of 12 months.

Undergarments, Disposable Underwear & Uniform Material was provided to Students of St. Mary’s College, Mabole, Wattala

The Inner Wheel Club of Wattala provided undergarments, disposable underwear & uniform material to 246 students of St Mary’s College, Mabole, Wattala.

Donation of formula to a mother diagnosed with breast cancer

Donated 4 packs of ‘NAN Formula 1’ to a mother who had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was unable to nurse her infant of 3 months.

Club Anniversary

Celebrated its 34th Club Anniversary on the 13th of August, all members were dressed in yellow, a color associated with the sun, which symbolizes energy, joy, optimism, happiness, and friendship
