Donation to a Palliative Care Patient

The Inner Wheel Club of Kandy Metropolitan made a donation to a palliative care patient with cancer, providing materials to create bags and support income generation. Additionally, a commode wheelchair, a pressure meter, and other necessary items were also donated.

Dental screening

Started the first day of dental screening and basic treatments for 62 kids at “Child Action Lanka” in celebration of the IIW Centenary year. on behalf of the club examined the kids with dental care, out of which 42 kids were referred to her clinic for treatment.

International Women’s Day The Inner Wheel Club of Kandy Metropolitan donated dry rations and baby items to pregnant mothers in the Kandy Municipal area to commemorate International Women’s Day.

Donated 75 milk packets and chocolates as refreshments to the children of Maddumabandara School Bahirawakanda, Kandy at a school medical clinic.

Donation of an Artificial Limb

The Inner Wheel Club of Kandy Metropolitan donated an artificial limb to a person in need to commemorate the club’s anniversary.
