The Inner Wheel Club of Colombo joined WNPS PLANT and the Trust for Eco Reforestation in a meaningful initiative supporting the restoration and preservation of the historic Lunuganga Estate, the heritage property of renowned architect Geoffrey Bawa. Members explored Bawa’s unique harmony of nature, landscape, art and architecture, while contributing to reforestation efforts through a hands-on tree-planting activity. The day also brought learning, friendship and fellowship, making it a truly memorable Inner Wheel project that united service, environmental responsibility and heritage conservation. Together, the Club continues to grow and flourish, preserving our heritage for generations to come.
