A memorable new chapter began on 20th June 2026 at the iconic Galle Face Hotel, Colombo, as Inner Wheel District 322 came together to celebrate its 41st Annual General Meeting and the Induction of District Office Bearers.

The day commenced with a training session for the Club Executive Committee, followed by the Annual General Meeting, where the business of the District was conducted.The Induction Ceremony saw Noeline Ranaweera installed as the District Chairman for 2026/2027, together with the newly elected District Executive Committee. The induction of Carmel Fernando as the National Representative also took place and the District also proudly celebrated Kamila Rasheed on her appointment as the International Inner Wheel Board Director – a moment of great pride for District 322.

As we reflected on the past Inner Wheel year, the inspiring projects and activities undertaken by clubs across Sri Lanka and the Maldives were showcased, demonstrating how members truly embraced the theme, “Step Up and Lead by Example.” Their dedication, compassion and service have touched countless lives and continue to strengthen the spirit of Inner Wheel.

The day concluded with warm fellowship and a delightful lunch, celebrating friendships, shared achievements and the promise of another meaningful year of service.Congratulations to our newly inducted District Team. As we journey forward together under this year’s theme, “Grow and Flourish,” may we continue to inspire, serve and make a lasting difference.
